​Bank Card Assistant - Blacksburg
National Bank is seeking a positive, team-oriented candidate to provide exceptional customer service to our bank customers. The successful candidate will develop a working knowledge of the Bank Card department and perform daily operational duties while providing excellent customer service.
 
Essential Duties / Responsibilities include:
  • Input debit and credit card applications
  • Data management
  • Maintaining cardholder files
  • Debit and credit card account maintenance
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Maintain bank card balancing and reports in an organized manner
  • Process account payments and monthly reports
  • Assist customers with statement inquiries and questions related to debit and credit card transactions
  • Other duties as assigned

Bank Teller

Compliance Analyst
National Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Compliance Analyst in Blacksburg.   Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or two to five years of bank compliance or related experience, including BSA/AML transaction monitoring.  The duties of the Compliance Analyst will include analysis and technical assistance in the Bank Secrecy compliance area. The Analyst will review daily reports and alerts to determine reportable activity.  There will be interaction with office staff on due diligence issues. Real Estate Loan Assistant - Blacksburg
National Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Real Estate Loan Assistant in Blacksburg.  The successful candidate will assist in the daily operations of processing and servicing real estate loans to be retained in the bank’s portfolio.  This position will also ensure that real estate loans are in compliance with bank policies, laws, and regulations. Candidates will be expected to assist in research requests, construction draws, and processing insurance and tax payments.  This position will be responsible for processing reconciliation of Appraisal accounts and creating electronic archival of loan documents. Good computer, filing, and proofreading skills are required.  The preferred candidate would have some previous office/clerical experience and/or an Associate’s degree in office or business administration.
