Blacksburg
National Bank, a community bank in Southwest Virginia, is seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a Trainer in Blacksburg, Virginia. We are looking for someone to lead new hire orientation. Duties will also include assisting our Corporate Trainer design in-house training programs and bank training resources. This position will present in both formal and informal settings.
​Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years’ prior banking experience
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Day traveling in Southwest Virginia is necessary at times
