National Bank is pleased to announce that William W. Clingempeel has joined the bank as a Trust Officer. Mr. Clingempeel will be based out of the bank’s Loan Production Office in downtown Roanoke.
Mr. Clingempeel has over 35 years of investment experience serving customers in the greater Roanoke region. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a major in Finance and a MBA with a concentration in Finance, both from Virginia Tech. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP
Ò), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Funds Specialist (CFS).
As a Trust Officer at National Bank, Mr. Clingempeel will help both individuals and corporations create and maintain investment plans that meet their unique financial goals.

Mr. Clingempeel is a native of the Roanoke Valley and a graduate of Cave Spring High School. He currently lives in Roanoke with his wife and he has two adult daughters.
