America’s Best Banks In Each State in the June 25
th Edition of Forbes Magazine. Forbes joined market research firm Statista to survey more than 25,000 customers about their banking relationships. National Bank ranked in first place among Virginia banks on the list.
Banks were rated on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five other categories (trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services and financial advice). Large banks with branches in at least 15 states were excluded from the final rankings. Overall, 149 banks qualified for the list.
